Tax Credit & Incentive Leadership

Frank I. Brown is referenced in the SOQ as Chief Incentive Officer of OnCentive, an affiliated leader whose scope centers on tax credit and incentive structuring relevant to renewable energy economics. Per the SOQ, Mr. Brown attended the University of Alabama for undergraduate and law school, received an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University, founded TaxBreak in 1997, and has been involved in the tax credit industry for 30 years.
