Shannon Scott is a visionary executive, seasoned investor, and highly sought-after strategic advisor. With over two decades of experience scaling businesses from inception to global market leadership, Shannon brings deep expertise in capital formation, operational excellence, and leadership development to Doxa Holdings. He has held C-suite positions across several successful technology ventures, led multiple acquisitions, and secured hundreds of millions in venture capital. At Doxa, Shannon sets strategic direction, leads institutional capital relationships, and acts as executive sponsor for major project commitments — ensuring every partner engagement reflects uncompromising quality and insight.

Peter Indovina has responsibility for financial oversight, capital structuring, risk mitigation, and counterparty negotiations. Per the SOQ, Mr. Indovina has more than 20 years of experience across energy, financial services, physical petroleum products trading, merchant banking, lending, private equity, debt capital raising, M&A advisory, and restructuring services.

Harold Patterson leads project execution, construction oversight, and operational delivery. Per the SOQ, Mr. Patterson brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in construction, project financing, and emerging technologies. His background includes Patterson Enterprises, Inc., a three-generation construction firm, and UUA Capital, Ltd., an energy investment group.

Cliff Morgan leads origination, client relationships, and channel development. Per the SOQ, Mr. Morgan has 20 years of progressive experience in business development, client relationships, and sales, including prior roles at North Point Consulting and Energy Zero Solutions. His background includes wealth management, family office summits, national media interviews, and published financial planning commentary.

Dillon Lewis leads project advancement and structuring, including site control, PPA offtake, and utility Interconnection Agreement execution. Per the SOQ, Mr. Lewis has developed, underwritten, and structured financial vehicles for medium- to large-scale commercial solar PV markets, including special-purpose entities for renewable energy assets. His experience includes tribal land and utilities, non-profits, MUSH markets, brownfields, farmland classifications, microgrids, agrivoltaics, hydrogen, NH3, TRECs, SRECs, and federal loan guarantees.

Frank I. Brown is referenced in the SOQ as Chief Incentive Officer of OnCentive, an affiliated leader whose scope centers on tax credit and incentive structuring relevant to renewable energy economics. Per the SOQ, Mr. Brown attended the University of Alabama for undergraduate and law school, received an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University, founded TaxBreak in 1997, and has been involved in the tax credit industry for 30 years.

Douglas Mortemore's experience spans EPC project management, O&M management, and team leadership across the power generation lifecycle. Per the SOQ, Mr. Mortemore has overseen the bidding, design, and construction of more than 6,000 MW of renewable energy projects. His experience includes M. A. Mortenson Company, Abengoa, Sterling & Wilson, and SB Energy Corp. He holds relevant contractor licenses in several U.S. states and certifications including Solvida PVSyst, OSHA, and IACET.

Steve Garner contributes engineering leadership and project delivery oversight for renewable and electrical infrastructure projects. Per the SOQ, Mr. Garner has more than 36 years of system design, engineering, and development experience. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the U.S. Virgin Islands and a Certified Energy Manager. His experience includes Quality Electric Supply, Eaton Corporation, and Tropitech Solutions.

Michael Brungard provides project management, design engineering, and construction administration leadership with a focus on alternative energy. Per the SOQ, Mr. Brungard has more than 30 years of experience and has overseen the design and construction of large and diverse solar projects with combined capacity exceeding 2,000 MW in the U.S. and abroad.
